Founded over 30 years ago, we are 100% Canadian owned and operated, and have been consistently named one of Canada’s 50 best-managed companies. We’re also certified as both a diverse supplier and a Women Business Enterprise®.
Our business is people, and locating top IT talent across all industries–and across Canada–is what we do best. Our specialized team of technical recruiters take a personal approach to staffing.
It all began with our co-founder, Toni Guimaraes, who was the original spark that ignited our IT division. Toni loved all things tech —gadgets, systems, and new technologies—and at first, was the only one dedicated to IT staffing.
As demand quickly grew, he and Kathryn Tremblay — his life partner and our CEO — saw an opportunity to create an entire IT division to support the ever evolving technology landscape.
Since 1989, we’ve steadily expanded our IT division, role by role, province by province, keeping pace as new tech trends emerged, connecting talent with opportunity nationwide.
And every step of the way, our focus has always been on the people we serve: clients and candidates.
Today, we place thousands of innovative IT candidates in top private and public sector roles across Canada every year. You could be next!
Our guiding principles are so much more than just catchy titles. From our recruiters to our leaders, we incorporate these values into everything we do, so we can better serve our clients and candidates, and help each other achieve our career goals.
We’re a team that communicates and supports one another. We make sure everyone gets the support they need to feel empowered.
We’re high performers. We challenge and motivate ourselves to be the best version of ourselves day after day.
We call this our wow-factor. We get to know our clients and candidates, who they are, and what they really need. Every interaction is positive from beginning to end.
We lead with a culture of integrity. We do what we say we’re going to do, with trust, clarity, and efficiency.
We value the relationships we’ve built and the ones we have yet to make. Connecting candidates and opportunities not only impacts us but the economy, and for that we are grateful.
We hold every culture and experience in the highest regard possible. We’re proud to promote and give the spotlight to other cultures and backgrounds because diversity strengthens our businesses and communities.
We work to reduce systemic barriers to employment faced by many underrepresented groups in our society, so everyone has equal opportunity to succeed. Beyond our day-to-day work, we also give back to our community by supporting a range of charities that are near and dear to us, organizations that help raise the tides for all.
