We are currently growing our Toronto office with the following roles:
ACCOUNT MANAGER: In this role, you will prospect and build long term relationships with companies that have active or future recruitment needs. You will be recruiting the best candidates that are sure to surpass our client’s expectations. You will love a fast paced environment and we can guarantee that you’ll never find yourself looking at the clock.
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST: In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle of an order. You will conduct searches on our internal customized database and external search engines. You will have weekly targets for interview goals and candidate reaches. You will be eager to expand your knowledge by recruiting for various skill sets and areas of expertise.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: In this role, you will be assigned a specific territory, client and/or niche to develop. As you grow your client base you will also manage the job placements that you negotiate to a close. You will love the art of prospecting and the thrill of closing and sales and business development come naturally to you.
