DEI and Recruitment

At Altis.Excel we believe that diverse and inclusive organizations enable employees to contribute to their full potential, resulting in more creativity, innovation and higher employee engagement and belonging.  Our commitment to DEI is rooted in the knowledge that a diverse team working in an inclusive environment better positions us to help our clients find qualified candidates from the widest group of talent.  This is demonstrated through our recruitment activities and process which have resulted in 72% of current placements with municipal clients coming from diverse backgrounds.

Our firm participates in numerous recruitment activities geared towards attracting diverse candidates.
